Linwood is primarily a recreational Club where players from 14 upwards and of varying ability come along to play for fun, to keep fit and make friends.

Training lasts for two hours and encompasses ball skills, fitness, positioning and games.

There is also a competitive element as Linwood has a team entered into the Glasgow League. The team has played in competitions since 2002 and despite this short time we’ve performed extremely well, picking up medals along the way.

Linwood is Renfrewshire’s only adult Netball Club, but it’s easy to find and definitely worth the travelling.
